Hair Preparation Policy
To ensure a smooth and timely appointment, all clients are required to arrive with their hair properly prepared.
Clients must arrive with:
* Hair that is clean and fully washed
* Hair that is completely blown out and detangled
* Hair free of heavy oils, grease, or product buildup
* Hair that is fully dry before the appointment
Please note:
* Lola Hairstyles & Braids does not provide washing, shampooing, or blow-drying services.
* If a client arrives with unwashed, wet, or unprepared hair, the appointment may be rescheduled.
* In such cases, the deposit may be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
* Proper preparation helps ensure efficient service and the best styling results.
